Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

    Processing time before shipment takes approximately 1~3 business days and begins immediately after we receive confirmation of your payment. 

    If we don't have your item(s) in stock, it will usually take 1~3 business days to be restocked depending on the item.

    - Standard Shipping Service takes 7~42 business days depending on the country.  (Due to the covid 19 situation, standard shipping service is not working now.)

    * We will split up your order into several packages if the items weighing over 2KG due to the weight limit of the standard shipping service. 

    - EMS (Express Mail Service) takes approximately 3~8 business days depending on countries.

    - UPS (EMS Premium) takes approximately 2~6 business days depending on countries. 

    - No shipping on weekends and Korean national holidays (KST).

    - Please note that we need 7~10 business days to produce handmade items.

    Notice

    - Please confirm your PayPal address and your mailing address on our website. We will ship your item(s) to the registered mailing address on our website. 

    - There might be product loss, damage or delay due to Post Service. We will offer a refund, exchange or resend according to the case. 

    - We will try to declare a lower total value of the parcel for you and will mark your item(s) as 'gift' or 'second hand product (used product)' to avoid tax issues. Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility that your package is checked by customs and you will be charged a tax and this import tax is your responsibility. If you decline receipt of the package, it will be returned to us. In this case, we can resend your package but you will need to pay for the reshipping cost or if you would like to get a refund, the original shipping fee we paid is not refundable and it will be deducted from total amount of refund.

    We recognize that parcel deliveries to the following countries are frequently delayed. Customers will not be compensated for delays in EMS service.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange

- In all cases, the items must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return.

- The quickest way to make an exchange is to re-order the preferred size or color and to send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund.

- If you wish to exchange the item(s) for a completely different item or color, you need to place a new order for the desired item and return the other item(s) back for a refund.

- Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for us to process your exchange. If for any reasons, the item is out of stock, we will e-mail you.

- If you have any further questions, please contact us at gentlershop@gmail.com with your order information such as order ID, your name, registered email address, etc. 

- Handmade products such as handmade shoes are not exchangeable or refundable. 
Refunds

Return

We at "gentlershop.com" try to offer a hassle free return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased you may return them to us within 15 days of the date in which the package is received (7 days for customers in Korea). We will issue a full refund or exchange of the item(s), provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition*. Delivery charges are non-refundable and the buyer will assume full responsibility for the shipping fee unless the buyer has received a defective or incorrect item from us**.  Please note that some items are marked as 'non-refundable', in which case, they are non-returnable.

Please provide relevant information such as your name, purchase date and order number with your return. To obtain your order history, you can simply log in to your account, click on 'orders' in 'my account' menu tab. Please note that there will be delays on refunds where no information is included in the parcel. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the return. This includes any customs or import duties levied on the returned item(s).

The item is your responsibility until we receive it. For your protection, we recommend that you send the package using a signed delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Recommend you to use a shipping service which includes a tracking number (please inquire at your local post office).

 * Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is the buyer’s responsibility.

Also,  used store points and gift coupons are refundable in only store points and gift coupons.

 * When trying on our clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave / perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We are unable to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or where the item(s) have been soiled or damaged in any way. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

 ** We will only refund the cost of delivery when you use the Standard Shipping Service (with a tracking number) of your country. Please include the receipt in the package or send it to us by email when returning the defective or incorrect item.

*** The promotions such as free shipping service, gift, discount, etc will be cancelled when you return the items. For example, if you purchased over $300 and get a gift coupon and then you return some of the items, that will make your total purchase price less than $300. In this case, the coupon will be cancelled and the original shipping cost we paid will be not refundable.

- Handmade products such as handmade shoes are not exchangable or refundable. 

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Other
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
